Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Supervisor, based in Kochi. The Project Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, manage project timelines, coordinate between teams, and ensure adherence to design and engineering standards. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, resolving on-site issues, managing resources effectively, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, construction supervision, and team coordination
- Strong understanding of architectural designs, high-performance facades, and aluminum engineering systems
- Hands-on experience with quality control and site inspections
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, architects, and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in the construction or architectural industry is a strong advantage
