Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Project Supervisor. The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage the execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, supervising site activities, ensuring quality assurance, monitoring progress, and resolving any project-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and supervise construction projects.
- Firm understanding of architectural systems such as facades, aluminum doors, windows, and other construction engineering systems.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation to effectively interact with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
- Knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and compliance with construction regulations.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges efficiently.
- Experience in using project management tools and technology for tracking and reporting progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction supervision, especially in high-performance building projects, is advantageous.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in handling project sites of a construction industry.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
