Project Specialist – Suharth Shakti Campaign (Social Impact)

About the Role
At Suharth Foundation, we believe that no girl or woman should have to compromise her health, education, or dignity because of a lack of menstrual hygiene awareness or access.
As a Project Specialist for the Suharth Shakti Campaign, you will play a key role in expanding our impact by building strategic partnerships, strengthening fundraising efforts, engaging schools and institutions, organizing awareness programs, and working with corporates, philanthropists, and community leaders to create sustainable social change.

Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, hospitals, and educational institutions for menstrual health awareness programs.
- Identify and engage CSR teams, corporate partners, philanthropists, foundations, and sponsors to support our initiatives.
- Expand and manage the campaign's funding and donor portfolio.
- Plan and execute impactful awareness events, workshops, distribution drives, and community outreach programs.
- Develop relationships with government departments, social organizations, and community leaders.
- Coordinate with volunteers, ambassadors, healthcare professionals, and partner organizations.
- Support proposal writing, sponsorship pitches, presentations, and partnership documentation.
- Track project milestones, partnerships, and campaign outcomes.
- Represent Suharth Foundation professionally at meetings, conferences, networking events, and social impact forums.
- Identify innovative opportunities to scale the Suharth Shakti Campaign across India.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about social impact, women's health, education, or community development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting senior leaders, school management, CSR heads, and potential sponsors.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, NGO operations, event management, or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools is an advantage.
