UK Shift - 2PM to 11PM
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist quality customer delivery by ensuring projects is resourced effectively by scheduling and overseeing both internal and external pools of consultants and associates.
- Drive outsourced assessment projects and effectively assign internal and external staff to customer delivery projects and tasks.
- Work with Project Lead/TL to aid initiatives for continuous improvement, heading initiatives to create processes, documentation, and department materials to bring efficiency and/or standardization across the team.
- Support initiatives to embed new ways of working underpinned by the Transform strategy and implementing the customer lifecycle model.
Essential
What we are looking for from you:
- Business-level English language
- Experience in Salesforce or Zoho
- Organizational Time-Management Skills
Desirable
- Additional European Language
- Attention to Detail
- Customer Relationship Management Experience
