Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Site Supervisor, located in Gurugram. The Project Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the installation and operation of Airtouch Solar’s robotic cleaning systems at utility-scale PV sites. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring project timelines are met, supervising on-site teams, conducting safety inspections, and troubleshooting operational issues. Additionally, the supervisor will play a key role in maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and ability to meet deadlines
- Technical knowledge or experience in PV installation, robotics systems, or industrial equipment operations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in on-site environments
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and team management
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in construction or renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in using relevant project management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in on-site supervision or similar roles in solar/renewable energy is a plus
