Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Site Engineer based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, including overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, and maintaining quality standards.
Key responsibilities shall include collaborating with contractors and stakeholders, handling project documentstion, BoQ etc. The role requires proactive problem solving and coordinating resources to ensure successful project executions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management, site supervision, and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations related to construction projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and related applications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced work environments
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Prior experience in architecture, construction, or site engineering is a strong advantage
