Position Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional for the role of CCD / Estate Management, responsible for managing end-to-end customer care operations, CAM billing & collections, site maintenance coordination, and resident relationship management. The role requires strong operational control, effective stakeholder coordination, and the ability to ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining financial and operational discipline across the site.

Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in CAM billing, collections, and ageing control
- Excellent complaint handling and customer relationship management
- Ability to manage site operations and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of MEP, maintenance operations, and statutory compliance
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and operational monitoring
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer complaints and ensure resolution within defined TAT
- Handle CAM billing, collections, recovery follow-ups, and outstanding management
- Coordinate daily site operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical services
- Monitor vendor performance and AMC compliance as per SLA standards
- Prepare and share Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports and operational updates
- Ensure compliance, documentation, audit readiness, and process adherence
- Conduct resident interactions and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with Cluster Head and internal teams for operational and strategic alignment
