Are you a driven, results-oriented professional ready to excel in a dynamic sales environment? We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to bring our brand to life through high-quality engagement with our leads and prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Project Serotonin and influence the way we shape our audience in India & US markets.


Responsibilities:


  • Host and present online sales presentations to individuals and small groups of prospects with personalised approaches
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule initial appointments.
  • Serve as the first contact for high-interest leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp and follow-ups targeting cold or lukewarm prospects with personalised approaches.
  • Achieve performance metrics in outreach volume, follow-up rates, and lead conversions.
  • Conduct user surveys and prospects and customer engagement events.
  • Capture details of every interaction to analyze and extract insights
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on Leads & Prospect Pipeline
  • Setup, use and manage Sales CRM tools
  • Support the marketing team in activities, including competitive research, content creation, customer, channel and prospect events, data analysis, etc


What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive yet thoughtful about engagement with leads and prospects
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM and Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
