🚨 Urgent Hiring – Project Scheduler 🚨
📍 Job Title: Project Scheduler
🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Scheduler to create, manage, and maintain project schedules while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring production schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring timely project execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor daily production schedules
• Support Production Team Leader in resolving production-related issues impacting delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to meet production targets
• Participate in recurring meetings such as Tier reviews and problem-solving discussions
• Maintain Work Orders supporting the Supply Plan
• Analyze labor, machine, and material constraints affecting production schedules
• Coordinate with Buyers to expedite material requirements when needed
• Support change management and quality processes, including change orders, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Provide regular schedule updates, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis
• Track and manage project costs within the allocated budget
• Assist in project closure activities, including lessons learned and feedback collection
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans
• 2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Management
• CAPM / PMP certifications will be an added advantage
