𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗖𝗼𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to create, manage, and maintain project schedules while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify and mitigate scheduling risks, and provide regular updates on project performance and milestones.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Maintain the daily production schedule
• Assist the Production Team Leader in resolving production issues that may impact build rates and completion timelines
• Partner with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules align with supply plans and production targets
• Attend and actively participate in recurring meetings such as Tier discussions and problem-solving sessions
• Monitor daily production schedules and maintain work orders that support the supply plan
• Participate in Detailed Production Schedule meetings to analyze labor, machine, and material constraints affecting schedule attainment
• Coordinate with Buyers to expedite material requirements through the supply chain as needed
• Support change management and quality requirements, including change orders, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Provide regular updates on schedule status, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking
• Ensure project costs are monitored and managed within the allocated budget while aligning with project schedules
• Support project closure activities, including lessons learned documentation and feedback collection
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and other scheduling software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical paths and assess project risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• 2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Management
• Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred
