As we expand our presence across West Bengal and East India, we are looking for energetic professionals to strengthen our project and institutional sales network.

🎯 Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional buyers to generate project business and increase brand specification.
⚠️ Only candidates from building materials or related industries will be considered.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project & Institutional Sales ✅ Generate business from real estate projects, contractors, builders, and institutional clients ✅ Visit project sites, developers, and commercial projects regularly ✅ Coordinate with purchase teams and site engineers ✅ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
🔹 Architect & Interior Designer Network ✅ Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers ✅ Conduct product presentations and sample meetings ✅ Get Prabal Ply products specified in ongoing and upcoming projects
🔹 Market Development ✅ Identify new project opportunities in assigned territory ✅ Track competitor activities and market trends ✅ Expand brand visibility in premium and institutional segments
🔹 Government & Tender Support ✅ Support in tracking government and institutional opportunities ✅ Coordinate for vendor registrations and approvals where required

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
▪️ Graduate in any discipline ▪️ 2–5 years experience in project or institutional sales ▪️ Preferred industries: Plywood | Laminates | Paints | Tiles | Hardware | Sanitaryware | Building Materials ▪️ Strong communication and relationship management skills ▪️ Languages: Bengali, Hindi & English ▪️ Willingness to travel across West Bengal
