About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional for B2B Project Sales in the premium lighting segment. The role focuses on driving business for high-end residential projects, especially luxury bungalows and premium residences, through strong engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and channel partners.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the lighting, electrical, architectural products, building materials, sanitaryware, automation, or similar project-driven industries and possess strong market connections within the architect and design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B project sales for premium lighting and fixtures solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, builders, and developers.
- Identify and generate business opportunities in luxury residential and bungalow projects.
- Conduct product presentations, design discussions, and specification meetings with clients and consultants.
- Work closely with the design and technical teams to provide customized lighting solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and collections.
- Track upcoming residential projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors/channel partners for execution and project support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and premium lighting innovations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–10 years of experience in project sales/B2B sales.
- Experience in premium lighting, electrical products, architectural products, home automation, building materials, sanitaryware, modular furniture, or similar industries.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and luxury residential developers.
- Proven track record in handling project sales for residential projects/bungalows.
- Good understanding of lighting products, fixtures, specifications, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional.

will be highly preferred.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Technical qualification in Electrical/Engineering/Architecture-related fields will be an advantage
