Job Title: Project Sales Head

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Project Sales Head who can drive business growth through strong connections with builders and developers. The role focuses on institutional/project sales within the construction industry, generating business for modular kitchens and wardrobes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and key decision-makers.
* Identify and secure new project opportunities for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
* Regular visits to builders, construction sites, and project offices for business development.
* Handle end-to-end project sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
* Ensure continuous follow-up with clients for approvals, orders, and execution.
* Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, execution) for smooth project delivery.
* Lead and guide the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and new project launches.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction industry / institutional or project sales.
* Strong network with builders and developers is a must.
* Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience.
* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.
* Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Preferred Background:
* Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or building materials industry will be an advantage
