Overview:
Drive project sales by engaging key stakeholders, promoting solutions, and ensuring effective conversion of opportunities into business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop and engage new large project with leading market sectors
· Build relationships with clients, contractors (EPC), applicators, consultants, and project managers
· Promote product portfolio (waterproofing, flooring, repair solutions, admixtures, etc.)
· Conduct regular site visits and provide technical recommendations to clients
· Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders
· Track project lifecycle from specification to execution
· Coordinate with technical, operations and supply chain teams for all quality & timely delivery
· Maintain CRM updates and project pipeline tracking
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends
· Compliance Management
· Report management for Key Reports and Sales management
· Channel Management
· Ensure Timely Collection and credit Control
Skills Required:
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Relationship management with project stakeholders
· Basic technical understanding of construction chemicals
· Communication and presentation skills
· Result-oriented and target-driven
Education Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
· Knowledge of construction practices and materials
· Understanding of waterproofing, flooring, repair systems
Travel Requirement:
· Frequent local travel for project/site visits
