Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Project Sales Engineer - HVAC. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and providing HVAC project solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging with potential customers, conducting meetings, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. The role also includes managing sales pipelines while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Job Location : Kolkata
Role : Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (HVAC Project Sales)
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Sc
Experience : 4–5 years in HVAC project sales or a similar domain preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including:
- Corporate clients (Admin, Purchase, Maintenance, Project teams)
- Manufacturing & Industrial clients
- Healthcare & Hospitality sectors
- Architects, Builders, Interior Designers
- HVAC/MEP Consultants & Government Contractors
- Deliver impactful presentations showcasing company capabilities and global partnerships
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads
- Prepare tenders, support estimation, and manage tender submissions
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and lead techno-commercial discussions
- Drive negotiations and ensure successful closure of contracts
- Follow up on project execution milestones and payment collections
- Build and maintain long-term client and influencer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets
