Position: Project Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Pune / Nashik
Industry: Hospitality Furnishing / Interior Products / Building Materials

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitality, commercial, and premium residential projects.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, hotel owners, developers, and procurement teams.
- Regularly visit project sites, architect offices, hotels, and developers.
- Build a strong pipeline of upcoming hotel and furnishing projects.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
Project Sales:
- Handle end-to-end project sales cycle from inquiry generation to closure.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, estimation, and execution teams.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Follow up aggressively for approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
- Ensure timely conversion of leads into confirmed orders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and consultants.
- Ensure repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Monitor upcoming hospitality and real estate projects.
- Provide feedback regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.

- Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM, and email communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in project sales, furnishing, interiors, furniture, building materials, or hospitality products.
- Existing network with architects, hotel industry, or developers preferred.
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and client-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
