- Sprayable polymer-based targeted nanotherapeutics as a treatment strategy for fatty liver diseases.
- Advanced wound management using ionotropically crosslinked bioactive superabsorbent dressing- Biocompatibility, shelf-life, wound healing efficacy through clinical validation of chronic and burn wounds.

Qualification
- First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree in relevant subjects (Science/Public Health/Life Sciences) OR
Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree with PhD (Science/Public Health/ Life Sciences) (Research/Academic/industry)
Or
- M.Tech in (Mechanical/ material science/ Metallurgy/ chemical Etc.) 1st class with Ph.D (Awarded/Submitted) with 3 years of Experience (Research/Academic/industry) .
- Candidates are preferred with GATE/NET/ CSIR-UGC or any national-level examination.
Desirable
- Candidate with experience in animal handling
- Scientific Writing Skill
- Hands-on experience in wet lab techniques and analysis
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preclinical trials evaluating wound healing efficacy through histological analysis and biomarker studies.
- Contribute to biostatistical analyses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain laboratory protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory documentation.
- Support progress reporting, documentation, and scientific dissemination through papers and conferences.
- Assist in grant progress reports, technical summaries, and documentation for regulatory approvals.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ethical guidelines in biomedical research.
Key skill requirement
- Competence in data analysis, statistical interpretation, and biomedical imaging.
- Familiarity with biomedical instrumentation and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of clinical trial protocols, patient sample collection, and ethical compliance.
- Technical writing skills for documentation, progress reports, and scientific publications.
- Lab management skills. experimental protocols, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication skills for presenting research findings and engaging in scientific discourse.

Location: Wardha
The selected staff shall be engaged on a full-time basis solely for the specified project and shall not be assigned to any other project or institutional duties.
- During the tenure of the project, the staff shall not receive any additional remuneration, salary, or financial benefits from any other project or source.
