Position Summary
The Project Reporting & Oversight Analyst is responsible for providing centralized visibility into project performance across all global offices. This role operates independently from regional Project Management teams and supports the Director of Operations by ensuring accurate reporting, identifying risks, and facilitating timely escalation of project-related issues.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining transparency, consistency, and accountability across all project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain a centralized view of all active projects across global regions
- Compile and distribute standardized project status reports and dashboards
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of project data submitted by regional teams
- Highlight key trends, risks, and performance indicators to leadership
Risk Identification & Escalation Support
- Monitor project performance to identify potential risks or delays
- Flag projects that are off-track or at risk of impacting timelines or customer outcomes
- Support the escalation process by documenting and tracking issues through resolution
- Ensure visibility of critical risks to the Director of Operations
Governance & Process Support
- Support the enforcement of project reporting standards and governance practices
- Ensure project documentation and status updates meet defined requirements
- Assist in maintaining consistency across project lifecycle tracking and reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Management teams, Operations, and Technical Support to gather project updates
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project status and next steps
- Serve as a neutral point of contact for project reporting and visibility
KPI Tracking & Analysis
- Track key performance indicators including:
- project timelines
- milestone completion
- escalation frequency
- project health status
- Provide insights and summaries to support operational decision-making
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies across projects
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes and data consistency
- Support initiatives to enhance project visibility and performance tracking
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or operations
- Experience working in multi-team or multi-region environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, trackers)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
