Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor, based in Mumbai. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Planning budgets, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and overseeing overall cost control measures. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and project teams to ensure effective financial management across projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficient in cost management to ensure budgets are adhered to and financial efficiency is maintained.
- Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to provide accurate project cost estimations and measurements.
- Strong skills in cost planning and cost reporting for effective financial monitoring and forecasting.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
