## Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with schools, teachers, principals, and education department officials.
* Conduct orientation sessions and presentations about HEMA Foundation programs.
* Deliver PPT presentations to educational faculties, principals, and management teams.
* Support implementation of HEMA Foundation educational and value-based programs in schools.
* Manage and operate online portals and mobile applications related to project activities.
* Update daily activity reports, visit reports, attendance, and progress details on the portal.
* Conduct meetings, workshops, and awareness sessions in schools and institutions.
* Provide technical support and guidance to schools for portal usage.
* Maintain proper communication and relationship with stakeholders.
* Travel locally for school visits, training, and project coordination activities.

## Required Skills:
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Technical knowledge of online portals, MS Office, PPT, Excel, and reporting systems.
* Ability to interact confidently with teachers, principals, and government education officials.
* Strong coordination and documentation skills.
* Basic troubleshooting and online support capability.
* Ability to conduct orientation and training programs.

## Qualification:
* Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred in Education, IT, Management, or related field)
* Basic computer and technical knowledge is mandatory.

## Experience:
* 1–3 years experience in CSR, education projects, school coordination, NGO sector, or training programs preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and technical skills may also apply.

* Comfortable with field visits and school coordination.
* Able to manage reporting and documentation independently.
