Role OverviewWe are looking for a Project Planning Speciailist with strong experience in project scheduling, monitoring, and coordination for construction projects. The role focuses on planning, tracking, and controlling project timelines, not site execution.
Strictly for candidates with Planning / Scheduling experience in Civil Projects Execution-only / IT profiles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules (MS Project / Primavera)
- Prepare baseline plans, WBS, and project timelines
- Track project progress vs plan and highlight delays
- Generate DPR, WPR, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with site teams for progress updates and data tracking
- Identify risks, delays, and suggest corrective actions
- Monitor resource planning and project milestones
- Support billing tracking and project documentation
Candidate Requirements- BE / BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5–12 years of experience in project planning / scheduling (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in MS Project / Primavera (must)
- Good understanding of construction lifecycle (RCC, finishing, etc.)
- Experience in commercial / infrastructure / industrial projects
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
