Role : Project Planner
Assist multiple Project Managers with day‑to‑day project planning & progress tracking
- Monitor project KPI dashboards regularly and highlight areas requiring corrective action.
- Follow-up with Project Managers to drive improvements across key KPIs.
- Collaborate proactively with PMs in understanding key requirements.
- Work effectively in a matrixed team environment while maintaining strong organization and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulations, and governance standards.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 to 4 years of experience in MS Project - Track and monitor project progress
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Certification in project management (such as CAPM) is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to understand project requirements and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
