Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing project progress, monitoring logistics, ensuring quality standards are met, expediting tasks to meet deadlines, managing resources, conducting inspections, and providing on-site supervision. The role involves coordinating across teams to ensure smooth execution of intricate design projects in accordance with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple phases of design execution
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure project schedules are met
- Proficiency in Inspection and maintaining quality control at various stages of the project
- Competence in Logistics Management and ensuring optimal allocation of resources and materials
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction, design, and engineering industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; certification in Project Management is a plus

– Manage timelines, budgets & client coordination
– Ensure quality execution & finishing standards
🔹 Assistant Project Managers
– Support PMs in project delivery
– Handle site coordination & vendor follow-ups
– Track BOQs, schedules & reports
🔹 Site Engineers
– Supervise day-to-day site work
– Ensure material quality & workmanship
– Liaise with design and vendor teams
