Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Zoho / IT Projects to manage end-to-end implementation and optimization of Zoho solutions for our clients. The role involves project planning, requirement coordination, team management, timeline tracking, client communication, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Zoho and IT implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
Coordinate with internal functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
Prepare project plans, timelines, task trackers, and delivery schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
Conduct regular project review meetings and share progress updates.
Manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and delivery escalations.
Ensure quality checks, testing coordination, UAT support, and smooth handover.
Maintain proper documentation, including BRD, SOW, project plans, and status reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Strong background in managing software implementation, ERP, CRM, or SaaS-based projects.
Experience with Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, or Zoho One will be a strong advantage.
Good understanding of business processes, workflows, automation, and system implementation.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification will be preferred.
