We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Agile delivery. This role will lead data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and BI initiatives (dashboards, reporting, data platforms).
- Manage project execution using JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
- Drive sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure high-quality data delivery and adherence to governance standards.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of Project Management experience in Analytics / BI / Data initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA.
- Experience delivering BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
