We're Hiring | Project Manager – Turnkey Fit-Out Projects
FocusOn Interiors is expanding its leadership bench, and we're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive turnkey fit-out projects from kickoff to handover.
About Us FocusOn Interiors (formerly FocusOn Interior Decorators Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gurgaon-headquartered turnkey interior fit-out company with pan-India delivery across Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, and beyond. We deliver corporate, industrial, and defense fit-outs for clients including Boeing, Sodexo, Compass Group, Pernod Ricard, Schindler, Ericsson, Luminous, and Phoenix.
The Role As Project Manager, you'll own end-to-end execution of turnkey fit-out projects — civil, MEP, HVAC, FF&E, joinery, and finishes — ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling (MS Project / Primavera), and execution from mobilization to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades
- Drive budget, BOQ, procurement, and cost control in coordination with the commercial team
- Liaise with clients, PMCs (Turner, JLL, CBRE, Zyeta, etc.), architects, and consultants
- Own HSE compliance — HIRA, PPE, SWMS, permits, and statutory documentation
- Track progress with weekly RAG reporting, look-ahead schedules, and milestone reviews
- Ensure quality control, snag closure, and smooth handover with O&M documentation
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years' experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects (corporate, industrial, or defense)
- B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma with strong site execution background
- Hands-on with MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel; familiarity with BOQs and rate analysis
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering ₹5–50 Cr fit-out projects
