Experienced Project Manager with expertise in Telecom Infrastructure Projects, including Tower Health Checkup (THC) and Tower Load Validation Activity (TLVA). Skilled in site operations, structural assessment coordination, vendor management, client handling, project execution, compliance monitoring, and team leadership across telecom tower networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of THC and TLVA projects across multiple telecom sites.
- Coordinate with field engineers, structural auditors, and clients for timely project delivery.
- Monitor tower inspection, load validation, and structural safety compliance activities.
- Ensure quality standards, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
- Handle resource planning, vendor coordination, and escalation management.
- Track project timelines, productivity, and closure reports.
- Maintain compliance with telecom infrastructure and safety standards.
