Job Title: Project Manager - Telecom OSP Engineering

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10-14 years of experience in Telecom Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering, specifically in Fiber and Copper network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and design of Fiber and Copper OSP networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Own permitting and right-of-way (ROW) dependencies, including joint-use and make-ready coordination, to keep submissions and construction-readiness on track.
- Act as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, building strong relationships for successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance metrics and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met, tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery %, budget/cost variance, project efficiency and rework rate.
- Collaborate with shared services teams on project objectives and develop training schedules to enhance engineering skills
Qualifications:
- 10-14 years of experience in Telecom OSP Engineering, with a focus on Fiber and Copper networks.
- Strong hands-on experience with GIS-based planning tools (Esri) and design software (AutoCAD, MapInfo).
- Proven project management skills in revenue, delivery schedule, and risk management.
- PMP or Equivalent certification is preferred and will be beneficial.
