Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while managing risks, timelines, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and IT standards
- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning (if Agile), and retrospectives
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience managing IT or software projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or cloud environments
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
- Background in cybersecurity, ERP, cloud migration, or systems integration
- Vendor and contract management experience
