We are seeking a Project Manager who can independently manage delivery from sprint planning through to stakeholder communications without requiring constant guidance. You will collaborate closely with our founding team, acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and client commitments.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project delivery—from finalizing requirements to go-live—overseeing both product development and client engagements
- Collect, document, and establish baseline requirements before development starts; handle scope adjustments through a transparent change request process
- Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with the technical team, ensuring Agile ceremonies are efficient and focused
- Monitor project status—including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget—and identify risks early to prevent issues
- Collaborate with our external development partner to manage deliverables, review work against specifications, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to provide delivery updates, manage expectations, and resolve escalations—serving as the primary point of contact for execution
- Manage UAT coordination, release readiness assessments, and go-live approvals in partnership with the engineering team
- Prepare and deliver weekly project health reports to the founding team that are clear, concise, and straightforward
- Maintain organized documentation across all projects—such as SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status trackers
- Act as the initial point of contact for resolving delivery issues, whether internal or external
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of practical project management experience within a software or SaaS setting
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies applied in practice, not just in theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive individual who assumes ownership
- Bonus: Experience in startup or early-stage product companies
