Job Description – Project Manager - Tech (Remote)
Position: Technical Advisor
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Part-Time / Consultant
Work Mode: Remote
Compensation: ₹15,000 per month
About the Role
Pawmax is looking for a proactive and technically sound Project Manager - Tech to bridge the gap between business requirements and the development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, be able to coordinate with developers, and ensure timely execution of technical deliverables while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress and discuss upcoming deliverables.
- Prepare and review Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) whenever required.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Provide technical guidance on application architecture, algorithms, workflows, and business logic.
- Monitor project timelines and manage the development calendar in accordance with approved milestones and deadlines.
- Work closely with management to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Track development progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure that development activities align with business objectives and product requirements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with software development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Ability to understand and guide application logic, workflows, and algorithms.
- Experience in preparing or reviewing SRS and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
