We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and Platform projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, ensure successful delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder communication while driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage implementation and enhancement of various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership for project requirements and delivery.
- Prepare project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects for solution delivery.
- Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as applicable.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT projects.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
