The Role
This isn't a support role. You'll own SEO for a portfolio of clients — FinTech companies, SaaS startups, and eCommerce brands — from the initial kickoff all the way through to results. Strategy, execution, client relationship. End to end, across multiple accounts at once.
You'll also be working inside our AI-powered delivery workflows, which means you'll be doing things most SEOs at traditional agencies simply haven't had exposure to yet.
Responsibilities
- Manage SEO end-to-end across 4–6 client accounts simultaneously
- Build strategies from the ground up — technical audits, keyword research, on-page, content architecture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients — calls, reporting, strategic updates
- Execute within our AI and automation workflows to deliver faster and smarter
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and adapt quickly
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience with results you can speak to
- Proficient with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously without losing momentum
- Strong communicator — you can hold a strategic conversation with a FinTech founder just as well as you can brief a content team
- Genuinely curious about AI and automation and where they're taking the industry
