Role Overview
We are looking for a technology-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master with 4–6 years of experience who can lead AI and Blockchain product development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong Agile/Scrum expertise along with a solid understanding of AI, full-stack development, and fintech product environments.
This role requires close coordination between engineering, product, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Blockchain-based fintech products.
- Define project scope, timelines, sprint goals, and delivery milestones.
- Track progress using Agile tools and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Scrum & Agile Facilitation
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with AI engineers and full-stack developers.
- Understand system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, release planning, and production deployments.
- Ensure technical documentation and sprint deliverables are properly maintained.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and performance metrics.
- Align product roadmap with business and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or trade finance domain is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
