Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Project Manager Scrum Master. The individual will manage and facilitate Scrum processes to ensure timely project delivery, oversee progress, and remove obstacles to team success. Key responsibilities include coordinating and expediting project activities, managing inspection and logistics tasks, and ensuring efficient project management practices are implemented to drive success.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Project Management with proven expertise in delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations to optimize project timelines and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Inspection and ensuring quality standards are met during all project stages.
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing material and resource movement efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and facilitation of team stand-ups and sprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; professional certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are advantageous.
- Proactiveness, an analytical mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems under time constraints.
