Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Project Manager Scrum Master. In this role, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the Agile Scrum methodology to ensure timely project delivery and the achievement of organizational goals. You will oversee project planning, manage workflows, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, monitor progress, and address any obstacles that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure accurate reporting, and foster an environment of continuous improvement for project operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and delivery techniques
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor skills to optimize workflow and ensure timely output
- Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance practices to maintain high standards
- Experience with Logistics Management to streamline operations and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and remote environment
