Roles of Project Manager Scrum Master:
- Define the scope of the project and plan work schedules for assigning tasks to the team members syncing with TL
- Maintain a dynamic team mentality by having open and honest communication with the team
- Form working relationship and motivate the team toward project success
- Monitor Project Process via JIRA and set Deadlines/Delivery Date
- Solve Issues that arise in work which affects the delivery date
- Report to the Management any form of alert or warning concerning deviation in the delivery dates immediately, and keep updating periodically the general project tasks feedback to the Management.
- Collaborate and work along with BA as required during different Phases
Qualifications
- Expertise in Project Management and Scrum methodologies
- Skills in eCommerce and Booking platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Adept at problem-solving and driving solutions in complex scenarios
- Certification in Scrum methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with multicultural, globally distributed teams is preferred
