Position Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM IST or 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (aligned with USA stakeholders)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and act as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams.
- Manage and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and workflows using JIRA and Monday.com
- Handle and monitor JIRA boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Client Product Owners (POs), Business Analysts (BAs), and other stakeholders to define priorities and align project goals.
- Lead and mentor Project Management and Scrum teams, with the ability to manage large distributed teams.
- Provide regular project status updates, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Scrum Master experience.
- Strong expertise in JIRA and Monday.com
- Proven experience managing large teams and leading PM/SM functions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience working directly with Client POs and Business Analysts.
- Ability to work comfortably with US stakeholders in overlapping time zones.
- Confident personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
