Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager Scrum Master. The role involves overseeing project planning and execution, coordinating and expediting workflows, ensuring timely project deliveries, and managing inspections and logistics processes. The Project Manager Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, lead daily standups, and ensure that projects align with business goals and timelines. An essential part of the role includes mitigating risks and communicating project progress effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organization, and risk management
- Experience in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure the timely progress of workflows
- Proficiency in Inspection and Quality Control processes
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordinating delivery schedules and supply chain activities
- Ability to serve as a dedicated Scrum Master, with experience in facilitating Agile methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (such as CSM or PMP) is preferred
