Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager Scrum Master. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating stakeholders, managing expediting processes, tracking project milestones, and resolving any potential impediments in the workflow. The Project Manager Scrum Master acts as a bridge between teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to Agile practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure smooth and timely project progress
- Experience with Inspection procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to optimize supply chain and material flow
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and the role of a Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
