Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Scrum Master located in Kota. The Project Manager Scrum Master will oversee project timelines, ensure timely delivery of tasks, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and manage resources effectively. Responsibilities include supervising project inspections, coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and expediting critical workflows. The role involves applying Scrum methodology to optimize project efficiency while ensuring compliance with defined standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management with the ability to develop, monitor, and execute project plans efficiently
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure project schedules stay on track
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Inspection processes and related standards
- Logistics Management expertise, including planning and coordinating operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills
- Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies are a plus
