Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on Scrum Master with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading Agile teams.
- Drive sprint planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Manage customer interactions and take ownership of client communication and relationship management.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective people management and team performance.
- Support estimation, planning, tracking, and reporting processes across projects.
- Contribute to proposals, financial understanding, and alignment with sales initiatives where required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes such as ISMS and delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of overall experience with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong engineering delivery background with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Development or QA.
- Good understanding of technology stacks such as Systems, Java, .NET, Python, or similar (BA background with strong technical understanding is also acceptable).
- Excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
- Proven experience in people management with direct ownership of teams.
- Basic knowledge of PMP concepts (certification not mandatory), including estimation, planning, and tracking methodologies.
