Job Description – Project Manager (Salesforce & SAP S/4HANA Integration)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce implementation projects and SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful integration between Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills to drive projects to completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and integration projects.
- Coordinate Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA integration activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project dependencies, issue resolution, and change requests.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP integrations, particularly Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in consulting or enterprise digital transformation projects is preferred.
