Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and ensure the quality of project deliverables and timely handover
- Set project timelines & monitor project deliverables and ensure projects are handed over on time
- Handle client expectations & ensure customer delight
- Uphold the highest quality standards in execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and keep them updated on progress
- Build a trusted vendor database and negotiate vendor pricing
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering or architecture
Strong acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple sites and vendors efficiently
