Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects and ensure the quality of project deliverables and timely handover
- Set project timelines & handle client expectations
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure projects are handed over on time
- Uphold the highest quality standards in execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and keep them updated on progress
- Build a trusted vendor database and negotiate vendor pricing
- Able to handle a Team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering or architecture
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple sites and vendors efficiently
