Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing development cycles, and ensuring seamless integration of tech solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee system integration with minimal disruption
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (concept to deployment)
• Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability
• Maintain compliance, security, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
• 2+ years in Product Management (IT/Tech domain preferred)
• Proven experience delivering successful tech products
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or DevOps is a plus
