Job Title: AI Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of AI-driven solutions that align with business goals. This role requires strong project management expertise, technical understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, from concept, design, development, testing, and deployment to post-production support.
- Define program objectives, benefits, and success metrics, and create strategic roadmaps for AI initiatives.
- Lead complex AI programs including LLM-based solutions, AI agents, automation platforms, data science pipelines, and intelligent applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into deliverable AI solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive Agile project management practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional and global teams to support AI product rollouts across multiple markets and platforms.
- Track and report project performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements for AI solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation in AI delivery practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 - 16 years of experience in IT project/program management, with experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven projects.
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise software projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, data analytics platforms, or automation solutions.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML solution deployment environments.
