Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling, while promoting and supporting Agile ways of working.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. Oversee project financials and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with internal technology and recruitment teams to fulfill skill requirements, including niche roles and ramp-up plans. Manage onboarding, allocation, and effective utilization of project teams.
- Engage with BFSI client stakeholders to ensure clear communication, proactive updates, and effective expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
