Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role within the Program Management Office (PMO), based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for packaging and end-of-line equipment, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management. Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality, safety, and budget requirements. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, inspection, and procurement teams to expedite orders, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also contribute to PMO processes and reporting, supporting continuous improvement in project governance and performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor order status, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and support resolution of non-conformities.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to align transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules with project timelines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and documentation; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial equipment projects is beneficial, along with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
