Project Manager Position @ Mysore

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager with 4–8 years of experience in IT services to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Gather and analyze client requirements and define project scope Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and DevOps.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Track and report project status, KPIs, and SLAs.
Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery processes.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in IT project management or delivery roles.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in IT services or consulting environment.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with ITIL or service delivery frameworks.
